These Terms govern your use of the RipDock beta app and website. By using RipDock, you agree to these Terms.

Beta Software

RipDock is currently beta software. It may be incomplete, unavailable, contain errors, lose data, change features, or stop working with particular runtimes or platforms.

What RipDock Provides

RipDock is an app for connecting to AI runtimes that you choose or operate. In the beta release, RipDock does not provide a hosted AI runtime, hosted chat service, or backend storage for your chats, files, runtime credentials, or pairing secrets.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the runtimes, systems, endpoints, credentials, files, and content you use with RipDock. You are also responsible for making backups of any data you do not want to lose.

Acceptable Use

You may not use RipDock to violate the law, harm others, interfere with systems you do not control, or access runtimes, accounts, files, or networks without authorization.

Third-Party And User-Operated Systems

RipDock may connect to systems that are operated by you or by third parties. RipDock is not responsible for those systems, their availability, their security, or how they handle your information.

Privacy

RipDock's handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes And Availability

RipDock may change, suspend, or discontinue the app, website, beta program, or any feature at any time.

Disclaimer

RipDock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipDock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, security incidents, runtime failures, or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
